Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be sharing my first post as part of the Visible Image Design Team! I created a card for our current Get Spooky October Challenge using two fabulous Visible Image stamps - Edward Is Immortal and Winter Tree. I stamped Edward first and then masked him off while I stamped the Winter Tree around him. I also created a circle mask for the moon and colored the entire image with distress inks. I used the negative to then mask the image around the moon while I sponged on distress ink to create the glow of the moon. I love how it turned out!
Here is a close up of the image colored. I love watercoloring with distress inks. I tend to use a wet on wet technique for a more flowing painted look. I also added Wink of Stella (surprise, surprise!) but I couldn't get a good picture of the shimmer on his face. Vampires these days need sparkle, right?! ;)
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my first post as part of the Visible Image Design Team. I hope you will join our Get Spooky Challenge this month for your chance to WIN £20 to spend on our stamps!

I would also like to enter my card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Use Watercolors!
