I love this little Amelia from the Summer Time set by The Greeting Farm. She's just too stinkin' cute!!! I love coloring her hair and have been experimenting with my Copics by adding some V20 to the shadows on her skin. I really love how it just softens up and adds that cool shadow. You know how much I love coloring gingers and for her hair I used YR12, YR14 and R08. One of my favorite combinations.
Even though I don't have a polaroid camera myself *yet* I love the effect so I dug out my Lawn Fawn "Say Cheese" set and stamped and cut out the polaroid, then added the sentiment. The camera is from Studio Calico - I'm obsessed with their wood veneers! They are so fun to spritz with color. I used Mr. Huey's in Sunshine.
I hope you will join me in the 7 Kids challenge - it runs for 2 weeks starting today so plenty of time to dig out your favorite summer time images and make a card, layout, etc.
By the way, if you haven't checked out my new magazine Designed To Color - please take a look - we are now IN print and I only have a handful of our April/May issue left so if you don't want to miss out, please order your today!
Thanks for stopping by!
