It's the first challenge of the month here at Anyone for Anya? and that means it is Birthday Calendar time! I am LOVING this challenge. I can't wait to have mine all completed. I'm keeping with my theme of using an image that matches the season by using this fabulous Miss Anya from Rain Snow Shine. This month I'm inspired by the saying April Showers Bring.... :D I was tempted to go with a nice shiny bright yellow rain jacket and umbrella, but then I came across this October Afternoon in my scrap drawer and went with a more moody rainy day theme. I LOVE it!
Here is a close up of the decorative panel of the calendar page. I was hanging out with friends this afternoon and we were talking about blond copic hair colors so that inspired me to try a lighter "platinum" blond using E40, E41, E70 - what do you think? I also followed this months sketch at i{heart}2stamp - it was a really fun sketch!
