You get two posts in one today! They both go hand in hand so I hope you will hang out with me for a bit. First up is my Paperworks Co Free For All Monday post - In Jan I will be bringing this weekly feature to you and I'm very excited to do so. For my first FFA post, I decided I better get a move on in making a little desk calendar for my hubby to have at work. I made him a nice big one a couple years ago and he's been bugging me ever since for another. Well, since that one is still on pieces on my floor - you know, going thru pics, etc. I decided to send him off to work with this cute easel card that I made into a photo calendar using one of my favorite pictures of the kiddos from the holidays. I think he will love it. He hasn't seen it yet! It will be my little surprise to him as he leaves for work in the morning. :)
I used Echo Park Life is Good line which I just LOVE. I am loving Echo Park - it is definately emerging to be one of my new favorite PP lines. Also, PWCO is having an AWESOME New Year sale - so you can stock up on all your favorite PWCO stamps & supplies:
Celebrate the new year with a BANG! from now till Jan 6 - we're going to have our 20-30-40 sale!
please enjoy up to an additional 40% off on your entire purchase - here's how:
- spend $40 and get 20% off your entire purchase. - use code pwco20
- spend $60 and get 30% off your entire purchase. - use code pwco30
- spend $80 and up and get 40% off your entire purchase. - use code pwco40
And now for the Ippity Hop Section of my post! How's that for a seqway. ;) In my calendar you see, I used some of my favorite ippity stamps to decorate the actual calendar. I tried to make it correspond with the month/season and rather than show you ALL 12 months - I just picked my top 4 favorites.
This was really EASY to put together and I did get the template from the calendar online but for the life of me I can't remember where now. If you know, please please post it in my comments so I can put a link up here. It really did make putting this together so much a breeze.
Be sure to stop by the Ippity Blog to get a full list of everyone participating in the first Ippity Hip Hop of 2011 and remember to comment on EVERY post as one LUCKY winner will be chosen and announced on this Thurs Unity Hip Hop to win some ippity goodness. :)
So that's it for my Monday 2-for-1 post! Hope you enjoyed it and are inspired to create a nifty little calendar for someone special in your life. :)
