Happy Sunday! And isn't it a happy day when you know you don't have to go to work tomorrow?! I know it is for me! I really needed the day off, plus my daughter is off from school so we'll have a day filled with crafty fun I'm sure. Even though for us school has been back in session since the 2nd week of August, I know many places wait until after Labor Day to start so we're doing a school inspired challenge here at Anyone for Anya? this week.

When we were doing school shopping I found composition notebooks for .25!!!! I couldn't wait to alter one for Tolla's kindergarten teacher. She's pregnant *and so cute* with her first so I did something I don't do often and combined Teacher Anya's head & arms with Mommy Anya's body! Argh, you should've seen me when I attempted this! But I'm happy with the outcome & the best thing that happened is the next week I saw her teacher, she was carrying this notebook so I know it's being used! That is just the best for me. I love making things and love it even more when I see that it's loved by the recipient. Of course, you can see some more of my favorite october afternoon papers ---- I just can't stop using them. I see it on my desk & it just totally inspires me. I've never been so obsessed before. LOL I hope I'm not boring you with them.
Thanks for stopping by today - Be sure to stop by & play with us at Anyone for Anya? to see the fabulous prize up for grabs this week.

I love that you took the time to create the cover for your children's teacher! It must make her days a little cheerier to see it on her desk.
