3 Challenges in 1 Card!!!

If you aren't a member of the Tiddly Inks Digi group yet what are you waiting for? For the first challenge at Tiddly Inks, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with this fabulous whimsical flower vase. I can see it being used for many different cards from get well to birthday to mother's day coming up! LOVE it. I'm so happy I was able to get some crafting done this weekend, I'm actually surprised I got it done! I colored the image with copics and used different bella baubles for the flowers. I just love bling! I also added some faux stitching so I could also enter it in this week's Stamptacular Sunday Challenge - so happy they added that you could combine challenges now - makes it easier to get to it when you're able to do that at times. I'm also trying my hand at CAS cards as I think that's all my life will allow at this time! haha So I'm also entering it in this fabulous new blog - CAS-Tastic Challenges! What do you think?! Wow, 3 challenges in 1 card! I feel so efficient!

FFF - A Fresh & Green Happy Birthday!

It's been awhile since I've participated in any challenges since the birth of this little cutie:

That is my son, Trey, I just had my 6 week post partum check up today and he's 11lbs 3.5oz. When he was born on Mar 9 he weighed 8lbs 14oz. Yes, nearly 9lbs! LOL I couldn't believe it since my girls were barely 7lbs themselves. haha I guess I should've listened to my hubby when he said I was carrying his big strapping boy! Here he is at 11 days:

So, when I realized my nephew's birthday is tomorrow I knew I had to take a moment while ALL THREE kiddos were sleeping to make a card. I saw the Farm Fresh Friday challenge to use green or reuse stuff and I did both. All the items on this card were scraps - I even stamped the image on a scrap piece of white paper! I got TT-Max specifically with my nephew in mind as he's always playing video games - you know being a teenager and all, LOL

Personally, b/c I have to make my kids cakes due to food allergies this could totally take it to a whole new level. I could actually make cakes that look as good or BETTER than the ones their friends have at their parties (that they're never allowed to eat, LOL). How cool would that be! I just think it would be fun to create with them.

I made this awhile ago for my friend's daughter when she was in the hospital. I just realized I never posted it. I adore HG - Snuggle from The Greeting Farm. She reminda me of my daughter b/c she has a bunny as her lovie. I am really pleased with the coloring on this card - I was playing with some new copics I got for my birthday at the time. It was a sketch but honestly, I can't remember from where.
