Ok, last challenge for the night - I knew I wanted to do the whiff of joy challenge this week. I love working with these adorable images and I'm trying to embark into the distressing world. For this card, I kept the distressing pretty simple, I just used my TH paper distresser around the edges of the image and purple DP layer. This week's sketch at Friday Sketchers was perfect for this image. I love this DP - I just had to pick up some new papers as I was tired of using all my usuals! LOL Bad thing is now I want more new papers! Soooo hard not to pick up new papers - isn't that always the case?! Anyway, it's late and I'm happy I got as much stamping in as I did this weekend. It was a good one! Now for the workweek to begin *sigh* Oh yes, and another crappy nighttime photo!!! I'm going to need some pointers from you ladies out there that take awesome pics of your cards *hint, hint*

OH Carisa, thats beautiful!!
Love how you colored the image and all of the embellishments and extras on the card, it is very detailed. Don't feel bad my camera won't take up close pictures without blurring them, so I have to take a normal photo, then crop it and enhance it in the photo software.
Lovely card and great coloring of the image.

This is so pretty! Love the image, DP, and the colors!
Very cute Carisa! love your coloring....tfs!!!
This is very cute. I love these images. Really great coloring and the dp is perfect. I always try to use natural light to photograph. Beate has an awesome tutorial on her blog on using sunlight to photo. Hope that helps.
I really adore this card...so sweet! My tip for taking better photos is to purchase a photo cube (I got mine on ebay for about $15)...I then use a desk lamp (about $10) over it...now I can take photos at anytime! I also chose the close up setting on my camera AND I enhance using my photo software AND my paintshop pro...it sounds more complicated than it is!
Adorable card!! You go girl with all those fabulous details.
Before I got my photo cube I would used White Cardstock & two lamps. Super simple! I've heard of folks using the light from above their stove with two sheets of white cardstock, but don't know if it works because I've never tried it.
Hugs!
this is so SWEET!!! love everything about it...from the color combo to your coloring. Fabulous!!!
Beautiful card!
This is adorable. I love the image, and the papers are beautiful!
Beautiful! I always have trouble with nighttime photos too -- I built a "studio" out of white foam-core and that helps some but the best bet is still daylight!
Very cute Carisa.
What a sweet card.
